CNN’s Anderson Cooper spoke with Ani this past Friday on AC360 about the
ongoing struggles for democracy in Burma, and specifically about the
status of Aung San Suu Kyi, the democratic opposition leader currently

Aung San Suu Kyi, a Nobel Peace Prize recipient, is currently on
trial for allegedly breaking the terms of her detention which was
scheduled to end this month. If convicted she can face five years in
